“The club is made up of domestic players who already have quite a few international experience. Unfortunately (yet) the players are not professionals, but that does not mean they leave heart for Olympia on the pitch. They wear their coat of arms bravely and proudly on playgrounds all over Europe, where they prove that good work is being done in Slovenia and that Slovenians are an above-average sports nation. Both the players and the club’s management invite everyone who wants to get to know each other with this beautiful sport with a long and interesting tradition and anyone who wants to represent the colours of The Olympia and beat competitors across Europe. And as he wrote years ago and sang Pero Lovšin; Olimpija is a club for big things… OLIMPIJA is the name that dobr sounds!”
