Danube Lacrosse League Info
The Danube is the second biggest river in Europe. Today it flows through 10 different countries. The DLL is a men’s field lacrosse league based in middle-to-eastern part of Europe. In 2020 the league has teams from Slovakia (Tricksters Bratislava), Slovenia (Olimpija Ljublana) and Austria (Graz Gladiators).
This league has massive potential. In 2019 the league also had the Vienna Monarchs (Austria) and Budapest Blax (Hungary). I see the DLL growing to 7-8 teams in the next couple of years no doubt.
If you’re planning on taking a trip to Europe, play some lacrosse as well!
